If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have chosen, you may
return them to us within 14 days of dispatch. We will be more than happy to
offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the products are returned in
their original condition with the Retrosun security tags on. Once this has been
removed customers may only return the item if it is found to be faulty. Please
take extra care to open and check all products within the 14 days as no items
will be accepted back outside of this period.
Retrosun will refund the original credit card used to pay for the vintage designer sunglasses. The
refund includes the full value of the items returned, but excluding shipping
costs, (with the exception of faulty items). If you order has been sent to a
destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU,
customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Retrosun. However, you
may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

The process of returning goods is simple, please see below:
1. Please send an email, To: customercare@retrosun.co.uk Subject: order number
(found on your invoice and order confirmation), Body: please request a returns
number and a brief explanation about why you want to return the product.
Retrosun will reply with your returns number, which needs to be clearly written
on the returns document.
You need to request a returns number within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. UK customers: Please send to the above returns address within 14 days either
by Royal Mail recorded delivery or your own courier. We cannot take
responsibility for items without proof of delivery and the item is your
responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your
responsibility.
Overseas customers: Please book a collection with DHL. To find the telephone
number of your nearest DHL, visit www.dhl.com and select your country.
3. Complete your invoice (the original one sent needs to be in the package) and
your returns information (and fill in the DHL airway bill if applicable) and
sign it.
4. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a
manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that
sunglasses are a delicate item and if damaged as a result of wear and tear are
not considered to be faulty.
